Reception - Gigi Room - Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab @ The Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace
Following our ceremony, we will head down the strip to Joe's @ the Forum Shops. We are using the Gigi room for our reception from 6-10pm. We have reserved Bell-Trans to bus our guests from Planet Hollywood to Joe's. We have rented a 24 passenger bus. The bus will have to make 2 runs to get all of our guests to Joes. The cost is $60/hr.
The Gigi room has a food and beverage minimum of $5000.00 (at least for the night of our reception, I have heard $3000.00 for weeknights).
The Gigi Room Features include:
*Complimentary A/V including; I pod doc, 1 wireless mic,
3- 55’’ LCD monitors, wireless internet
*Views of the Las Vegas Strip
*Full standing built in bar
*Up to 13 rounds tables up to 8 guests per table OR
1 large table up to 30 guests
*Room for a dance floor up to 72 guests
*Standard ivory linens
*Dedicated kitchen
*4 hour event limit
*Bartender fee of $150 per 69 guests in Gigi Room ONLY
*No cake slicing fee. Cakes may be brought in
*Dining tables are free of centerpieces; guest may provide. No open flame permitted
*Tables available for presents, cake, awards, table seating assignment
*** We have added a white dance floor for a $400 rental fee.
We have been working with Beth @ Joe's. She has been incredibly accommodating and replies to emails, literally, right away. I couldn't be happier with our choice to have our reception at Joe's.
